About Us
Dr. Carl E. Carlson, President/Founder
In these days of uncertainty and confusion, it is a refreshing thought to realize that God’s Word never changes. I believe that the future of America is found in God’s house. I believe that every Christian should have a stable, spiritual-bathed academic influence. Only a Bible based education can survive in these days of uncertainty. I believe that inside of every Christian there is a heart felt desire to increase their Theological training. It is the thought of NTBS that the Local Church is very important. Every gift that has been given by God has been given to be used in a Local Church, not in a Seminary away from home. It is also a challenge for many pastors to uproot their families and move away to Seminary when God has called them to their place of service. That is the very purpose behind NTBS. Now, everyone has the opportunity to receive a complete education without leaving their Church and being able to remain under their Man of God. I hope that you will prayerfully consider North Texas Baptist Seminary to help build your life on a solid foundation from the Word of God. I am looking forward to meeting you.
